More than just real estate.

Some Beach, LLC is more than just real estate – it's over 25 years of working behind the scenes in the industry.  With seasoned expertise, a rolodex of resources, and unraveling the most complicated scenario, we know how to make a deal for everyone to come out ahead.

With over 1,200 properties purchased, we are still in business because we make deals happen.

Foreclosures

auctions, door knocking, wholesaling

No matter the reason for someone’s foreclosure, the unfortunate circumstances doesn’t have to end with the owner walking away with $0. We specialize in making all parties come out ahead and creating a deal that all parties are excited to say “Yes”.

Deed of Trust

investing correctly for equity

We buy and sell deeds of trust on a regular, frequent basis because that is our business. Quit Claim, Warranty, or other assignments come naturally to our business. Research, experience, and fairness plays a part in the success for every party involved.

Judgements & Liens

the waiting game's payoff

A judgment is recorded by law that money is owed but a judgment alone cannot force anyone to pay the creditor.    A lien is a claim of a specific value against certain property.

Navigating the various types of judgements and liens, knowing which has the controlling position and the estimated turn-around time, as well as having an established and trusted relationship to purchase them, we thrive on the difficult cases to create a positive payoff for all.

Wholesale / Fix & Flips

finder's keepers, or... sell?

Being seasoned in this industry, we purchase about 3 - 5 properties per week.  Depending on many factors, we will quickly sell the property to a wholesaler so he/she can realize their profit margin, or, we will have our crew fix the property within 90-120 days, and realize the greater profit margins for our company.

About Sunny and 75, LLC

It all started when…

Over 25 years ago, during a round of golf, John’s teammate said, "You would be good at this.  I'll show you the ropes."

From that point, John was mentored by the best in the industry.  He taught him the typical process, the fine print, mistakes to avoid, and how to treat the seller with dignity and respect.
