Sewer Line Service

The buried sewer line on your property that carries waste away from your home can age, crack or leak due to simple wear and tear, tree roots or shifting ground. This line can also get blocked and cause waste water to backup into your home.
Flushing certain items, such as paper towels, feminine hygiene products and some types of tissue, can lead to a clog in the sewer line, either in one of the branch pipes or the main sewer pipe. Tree roots are also a major source of sewer pipe blockage.
If the clog is in the main sewer line, cleaning and repairing it yourself can be particularly challenging, not to mention a big, unsanitary mess.
Water Line Service

Tree roots can break the water line, minerals can build up on the inside, & changes in soil temperature can put pressure and weaken it. In some cases, the pipe itself might simply be old, worn out and in need of replacement.
Sometimes, the signs that a water line needs repair are visible. If the leak in the water line is large enough, puddles of water will often form on the surface of your yard. You might notice that the ground is very soggy in certain areas, even if there is no pooled water. In severe cases, water can flood into your home, causing extensive damage.

Asphalt

We provide asphalt resurfacing services from parking lots to driveways. Resurfacing is just as it sounds: laying a new surface layer directly over your existing asphalt. Before the new layer is installed, your current asphalt is swept clean of debris and a tack coat (an asphalt glue) is applied to strengthen the bond of the new asphalt to the old. This is the cheapest method of re-paving, but has its drawbacks.
Resurfacing, or overlaying, should only be done if your existing asphalt is free of asphalt failures. There should not be any potholes, severe asphalt rutting or severe asphalt cracking. To resurface asphalt that has any of those is just merely putting a “band-aid” on the problem rather than fixing the problem. Any minor cracking should be filled with a hot melted rubber crack sealer prior to resurfacing.
